Campaigns get planned at the last minute
Outsourced CRM marketing team for eCommerce
Email and CRM marketing someone actually runs
For mid-size and larger online stores we work as an outsourced CRM marketing team. We help plan campaigns, set up automation, work with segments and measure what email really brings.
We judge results by revenue, margin and — where it makes sense — by control groups.
The problem
You acquire customers expensively. Then you barely work with them.
Most stores put the majority of their budget into acquisition but do little with the customers they already have. The newsletter happens when there's a promo. The automations were built years ago. And nobody really knows what email brings on top.
Automations were built once and nobody has touched them since
The internal team is buried in operations and has no time for email and CRM
You don't know whether email brings revenue on top, or just claims purchases that would have happened anyway
That's where we can help.
Your outsourced CRM marketing team
What it means that we're your outsourced CRM marketing team
We don't show up just to "send newsletters". We take responsibility for the direction, the priorities, the execution and the evaluation of the CRM channel.
We hold the CRM roadmap
We decide what has the biggest impact, what can wait and what isn't worth doing at all. CRM marketing stops being a list of random ideas and starts having a clear plan.
We run campaigns and automation
We handle planning, copy, segments, setup, testing and evaluation. Campaigns and automations aren't treated in isolation, but as one system.
We find value in your existing database
We look at your customers, their behaviour, purchase frequency, categories of interest and the potential for repeat purchases.
We measure business impact
We don't just look at open rate and clicks. We track revenue, margin, repeat purchases and — where it makes sense — the difference against a control group.
We keep things moving
We bring a clear list of priorities, new tests and regular reviews. CRM marketing shouldn't stand still just because the internal team is stretched.
We extend your team
We can work as a fully outsourced team, or as senior support for your in-house marketing — depending on what you need right now.
How we think about CRM marketing
We look at the whole relationship with the customer
We don't start by "adding a welcome flow". First we look for where the customer needs the right nudge — before the first purchase, after it, when a need recurs, when interest fades, or when they come back to the brand.
We typically cover welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post-purchase communication, cross-sell, replenishment, win-back, VIP and reactivation.

Online stores and brands we help grow their CRM marketing
We're a Bloomreach Silver Partner and since 2019 we've helped online stores set up and run CRM marketing across several European markets. We understand the technical setup of the platform, but also that email has to make commercial sense.
„In various companies, I have collaborated with dozens of partners. What I value most about working with Vielendark is the unique combination of professionalism and humanity, and also their ability to cover a wide range of responsibilities from business consulting to the most technical tasks. It was a pleasant and beneficial cooperation.“
„Partnering with the Vielendark team has been extremely beneficial for us in many ways. Thanks to their expertise, we have ironed out many technical issues related to the Bloomreach Engagement integration and maximised the use of its features, resulting in increased revenue and overall efficiency of our digital marketing campaigns.“
„The Vielendark team is close to our hearts. Together, we’re successfully developing the automation of the email channel for eyerim. They are skilled and flexible, technical and creative, which makes them an invaluable partner in marketing activities. They continuously come up with new ideas, and their campaign optimization leads to significant improvements.“
Patterns we see
The CRM channel had no clear ownership.
Audit, roadmap, new automations, regular reporting.
The team got a clear plan of what to tackle first and how to measure impact.
A strong tool, but weak usage.
Segmentation, data work, campaigns and automation by customer behaviour.
CRM marketing started working more systematically across campaigns and automation.
Reports showed performance, but not real business impact.
Reporting fixes, control groups where they make sense, a prioritised backlog.
Better decisions about what to send, to whom and why.
How it works
How working together looks in practice
- 01
We see where CRM marketing stands today
We look at your data, platform setup, database, consent, campaigns and current automations. We find what works, what holds performance back and where the biggest gain could be.
- 02
We set the priorities
We don't hand you a list of 50 ideas in no order. We decide what has the biggest business impact and what to tackle first.
- 03
We take over execution or support your team
Depending on the model, we run campaigns, automation and reporting, or we lead your team so they can do it in-house.
- 04
We review regularly and move the channel forward
CRM marketing isn't a one-off setup. We track results, look for new opportunities and keep adjusting the roadmap.
Ways to work together
Three ways to work with us
Not every store needs the same thing. Sometimes building the foundation is enough, sometimes the internal team needs leading, and sometimes we run CRM marketing in full.
We build the foundation
We set up the platform, data, consent, basic automations and first campaigns. The goal is for email and CRM to have a technical and process foundation you can build on.
We lead your team
We set up the processes, reporting, templates and way of working with the platform. We lead your team so they can run CRM marketing more independently and take part of the work in-house over time.
We run your CRM marketing
We take over campaigns, automation, segments, reporting and the plan for further improvements. You handle product and sales; we hold the CRM channel.
Questions
What store owners ask before they start
Are you an agency or an outsourced team?
We work more like an outsourced CRM marketing team. We don't treat email as an isolated service, but as a channel that needs to be managed long-term — from strategy and roadmap through campaigns and automation to reporting and further improvements.
How much does it cost?
Engagements usually start from €3,500 per month. The price depends on the size of your store, the number of markets, the scope of campaigns, and whether we run CRM marketing in full or support your team.
How quickly will we see results?
You can see the first changes relatively quickly, but a fair evaluation usually needs at least two to three months. It depends on the size of your database, the volume of campaigns and what's already set up today.
Which platforms do you work with?
We're a certified Bloomreach Engagement partner and work with it daily. We also work with Klaviyo, Ecomail and other tools. If you don't have a platform yet, we help you choose one and design the setup.
Do we need our own CRM person?
No. We can take CRM marketing over entirely, or act as senior support for your internal team. It depends on whether you want to add capacity, build know-how in-house, or outsource the whole channel.
Do you do a one-off audit only?
Yes. If you're not sure yet whether you want a long-term engagement, we can start with an audit of your CRM and email channel. The output is a prioritised plan of what to fix, what to build, and where the biggest value is likely leaking.
